4. Once we have verbally agreed the proposal we will then arrange for a surveyor to visit your home and verify details for your property. The objective of the visit is for us to verify property details we have received form you. Please note that at this stage there is no cost to you whatsoever and you are under no obligation to proceed any further.
5. Next we will arrange for solicitors to be appointed to conduct the property purchase. For speed we can recommend a solicitor for you, but you can also use your own solicitor.
